A hospitalidade é conhecida como o ato de hospedar, e as atividades têm intuito ajudar no desenvolvimento da satisfação das necessidades sociais. aplicação conceitos teorias às empresas prestação serviços setor turismo faz que a estimule interações entre anfitriões hóspedes. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar percepção dos hóspedes 10 hotéis executivos Uberlândia mais bem avaliados TripAdvisor, por meio análise comentários internautas feitos pelo Facebook, Instagram TripAdvisor desses hotéis. Por uma pesquisa descritiva, coleta dados documental do conteúdo, foram analisados 727 identificados os aspectos valorizados pelos internautas. As palavras frequentes nos foram: café manhã, atendimento, preço/custo, limpeza quartos/hotel localização. Os atendimento preço diária.
